Jenbach Museum– in a 500 year old Fuggerhaus - reveals the history of Jenbach on an area covering around 700 m², the 500 year-old scythe industry with a re-created blacksmiths, and the history of the Jenbach silver mining works in the 15th century right up to the GE power station in Jenbach today.

The history of the Südtirol Optanten from 1939 is shown in a room by means of images and documents.

The railway intersection of Jenbach which has a unique three-lane railway - Achenseebahn, Zillertalbahn and Bundesbahn is a special feature for train enthusiasts and next to it there is a model railway which carries young and old children at the touch of a button.

In the natural exhibits there are more than 4000 local and exotic butterflies, more than 300 indigenous birds in dioramas and birds' eggs(the largest collection in west Austria), snails, mussels, beetles and mushrooms are exhibited. 

Tirol's largest exhibition of winter sports is shown here with the 4000 year-old history of skiing and the history of the Tirol ski manufacturers, winter sports such as cross-country skiing, ice-skating, figln, ice-hockey, ski jumping and tobogganing. The skis of significant ski jumpers such as Toni Innauer, Armin Kogler, Matti Nykänen, Andreas  Goldberger,……and also Alpine history is exhibited with images and texts by key Alpinists.
